George has been managing partner/owner of his CPA practice for the past 10 years and has over 20 years of accounting, tax and Sarbanes-Oxley experience. Within his practice, George has spent a large part of his time advising his small business tax clients on all aspects of their business life cycle, from inception to sale. In addition, he has run both domestic and international Sarbanes-Oxley consulting projects for national accounting firm clients.

Prior to starting his firm, George was a manager in the Business Risk and Controls practice at Caturano and Company (currently RSM), where he managed international and domestic Sarbanes-Oxley consulting and internal control attest engagements in a variety of industries including manufacturing, life science, supply chain, and waste management industries. Prior to Caturano and Company, George worked at other regional accounting firms providing diverse audit, tax and consulting services in a wide array of industries, including broker-dealer, manufacturing, construction, software, non-profit organizations, and employee benefit plans.

John has over 30 years of experience providing tax planning and compliance, consulting services, and accounting services for a variety of individual and business clients, both small and large. He was a manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers providing diverse tax and consulting services across a wide range of industries. He was also the Director of Tax at several public and privately held corporations.
